Remedy: study and practice, just like a baby learns how
to walk (you have to fall down a bunch of times), how a
bird learns how to fly (do it), how you learn how to tie
your shoes (do it over and over), etc.

NEVER feel stupid because you don't know how to do
something! Ask yourself - where did I ever study or
learn that?

If the answer is 'no where', then get to work!!
